Suturion is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Lund. You’ll be part of a fast-growing startup where no two days are the same, working alongside a dedicated and skilled team.
About Suturion
Suturion is a young and dynamic medical device company with a growing product portfolio. Our core product, SutureTOOL™, is a single-use automatic suturing device designed to close the abdominal wall more efficiently and safely than traditional methods. The device includes a measuring guide that helps deploy sutures faster and more accurately than manual suturing using a needle driver, while reducing the risk of injury by keeping sharp points out of the user’s hands.
The needle and sutures are specially designed to work with SutureTOOL™. We currently offer three products, with additional surgical innovations in development. Suturion operates under ISO 13485 and relevant medical device regulations across multiple markets.

About the Role
As our Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for Suturion’s logistics and supply chain operations. Your work will include:
- Order processing and invoicing
- Global export and customs management
- Documentation and quality control
- Receiving and inspection of goods (incoming control)
- Supporting other relevant supply chain tasks such as supplier validation
- Customer service and communication with suppliers and customers
This role combines operational responsibilities with planning and development functions at Suturion. You will be a key member of the team, with a direct impact on the company’s supply chain performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Logistics Management
- Develop and optimize logistics processes, including planning, coordinating, and tracking shipments to customers and suppliers
- Handle export documentation and customs clearance
- Book freight and manage shipments
- Plan and manage the supply of components
- Create and monitor purchase orders
Inventory & ERP Management
- Receive goods and perform incoming inspections (quality and documentation)
- Register products and components in the Fortnox ERP system
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and traceability
- Match invoices with goods receipts
Customer & Supplier Communication
- Manage the full customer order cycle, from order processing and delivery confirmation to invoicing
- Coordinate incoming goods and inspections
- Communicate with suppliers regarding components, shipments, and schedules
- Support cost- and process-improvement initiatives together with internal teams and suppliers
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Relevant academic degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in supply chain/logistics and production planning
- Experience with quality-related tasks (QA)
Other Requirements
- Detail-oriented, structured, and solution-focused
- Comfortable balancing operational tasks with planning responsibilities
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Fortnox
- Understanding of customs, VAT, and global import/export
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Driver’s license (B)
Desirable
- Previous experience working under ISO 13485 or other quality systems
- Experience with international suppliers, preferably global exposure (e.g., USA)
- Italian language skills
