Our Swedish organisation consists of 25 colleagues who combine professionalism with an open and collaborative mindset. We enjoy working close to the business and are now looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain team.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for someone who is early in their career and wants to build a strong foundation within Supply Chain. You don’t need to have experience from the pharmaceutical industry, what matters most is your curiosity, analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be part of a supportive and international team that ensures products are delivered on time and in the right way. You’ll work with systems, data and processes that help us plan, track and improve how our products move from manufacturing sites to customers across Europe. The environment is fast-moving, professional and filled with opportunities to learn and grow.
This is a permanent position starting with a six-month probation period.
Key Responsibilities
- Work daily in SAP to plan, coordinate and follow up deliveries
- Ensure product and supplier data (Master Data) is accurate and up to date
- Create and improve reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI
- Identify opportunities to optimise planning, reporting and process flows
- Communicate with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to manage priorities
- Track stock levels and support problem-solving when delivery issues arise
Who You Are
- BSc/MSc degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field
- Enjoys working with data, analysis and problem-solving
- Curious, structured and eager to understand how things connect
- Comfortable using Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is helpful but not required
- Clear communication skills in English; Swedish or Spanish is an advantage
- Collaborative team player who is not afraid to take initiative or ask questions
Experience from the pharmaceutical industry is not required, you’ll receive a solid introduction to the business and plenty of support from your colleagues.
