About the Role
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating logistics, working with different stakeholders and taking responsibility for ensuring that products reach the right destination at the right time. You do not need previous experience from the pharmaceutical industry. What matters most is your communication skills, drive, flexibility and willingness to learn.
As a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating and following up on the flow of products from manufacturing plants to external warehouses across our European markets. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, warehouses and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and product availability.
The role combines logistics coordination and supply chain planning, with an initial focus on both areas. You will work with transport coordination, delivery follow-ups, documentation, stock monitoring and reporting, while also supporting process improvements and system-related initiatives.
The role is broad, operational and well suited to someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, communication and getting things done. This is a permanent position starting with a probationary period.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and follow up on international transports to ensure that products reach the right destination on time
Coordinate deliveries and work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and external warehouses across different markets
Monitor shipments, lead times and inbound deliveries, following up on product availability and release processes
Ensure that transports comply with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements, including appropriate documentation and validated transport solutions
Follow up on transport costs, delivery performance and logistics-related documentation
Support supply chain planning by monitoring demand, stock levels and product availability
Act as the link between the Commercial team, suppliers, production, logistics partners and other stakeholders to ensure that demand and supply are aligned
Drive follow-ups, manage delays and ensure timely execution across internal and external stakeholders
Prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands
Work with SAP and Excel to support planning, reporting and data-driven decision-making
Support system integrations, automation initiatives and continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain processes
Who you are
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Service Management, Business or a related field
Some practical experience in logistics, transport coordination, freight forwarding or supply chain is an advantage
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders
Structured, flexible and comfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities
Very comfortable working in Excel; experience with SAP or another ERP system is preferred
Experience with GDP requirements or pharmaceutical logistics is an advantage
Interest in technology, automation and improving processes
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Swedish and/or Spanish is a plus
Proactive, solution-oriented and ready to take responsibility
