We are a small, close-knit team where people work closely together, support each other and take real ownership. We are now looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Höllviken.

About the Role
This is a great opportunity for someone who is early in their career and wants to build a strong foundation within Supply Chain in an international and fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. You do not need previous experience from the pharmaceutical industry. What matters most is your curiosity, analytical mindset, drive and willingness to learn.
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will report to the Team Lead Supply and play a key role in connecting demand and supply across manufacturing plants, suppliers, warehouses, markets and internal stakeholders. You will work with planning, forecasting, purchase orders, stock monitoring and reporting, while also supporting process improvements and system-related initiatives.
The role is broad, operational and well suited to someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving and getting things done. This is a permanent position starting with a probation period.
Key Responsibilities
· Own parts of the portfolio, including planning, forecasting, purchase order placement and stock monitoring
· Act as the link between the Commercial team and product availability to ensure that demand and supply are aligned
· Drive follow-ups and ensure timely execution across suppliers, production and other stakeholders
· Prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands
· Work with SAP and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI to support data-driven planning and decision-making
· Support system integrations, automation initiatives and continuous improvement of planning processes
· Identify opportunities to improve planning, reporting efficiency and process flows
· Communicate clearly with suppliers, production, internal teams and markets to align priorities
· Act as a main point of contact with manufacturing plants and external suppliers, escalating and driving actions for urgent deliveries
· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure good coordination and follow-through
Who You Are
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics or a related field
· Analytical, structured and comfortable managing multiple tasks at the same time
· Comfortable working in Excel; experience with Power BI is a strong advantage
· Experience with SAP or another ERP system is preferred
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Swedish and/or Spanish is a plus
· Proactive, solution-oriented and ready to take responsibility
· A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
