Camurus is now looking for a proactive, structured and people-minded Supply Chain Manager to join their Distribution & Supply Chain team in Lund. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the commercial supply chain to selected markets – collaborating closely with teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial and Finance.
You will be part of a virtual supply chain setup, working with external manufacturing partners and logistics providers. This is a broad and hands-on role, offering a mix of planning, coordination, improvement work, and operational execution.
About the role
- Lead production planning and coordinate orders and shipments to various markets
- Work with external manufacturing partners – this is a virtual supply chain
- Manage suppliers and logistics partners
- Ensure timely delivery of finished products
- Monitor KPIs, support audits and supplier qualification
- Support internal teams: Quality, Regulatory, Commercial and Finance
- Contribute to reporting and administrative follow-up on sales and invoicing
- Potentially support new market launches by setting up agreements, deliveries and documentation
- Drive continuous improvements in supply chain processes
About you
- University degree in science, technology, or equivalent – a background in pharmacy or life sciences is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Swedish is a plus, not a requirement)
- Around 3 years of experience in supply chain, planning or distribution – we’re open to less experience if you have the right mindset and learning drive
- Comfortable working in ERP/MRP systems
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP and understanding of virtual supply chains is a strong advantage
- You’re structured, communicative and detail-oriented – with a collaborative and proactive personality
- You thrive in a dynamic environment where changes and development are part of the everyday
